'hawe samati' dieta
Hawe Samati is the Sacred Traditional Noki Kuin Dieta—a school without books, where learning comes through silence, dreams, and attentive listening to the birds, the wind, and the voice of the forest.
Hawe Samati is the traditional spiritual school of the Noke Kuî — a school without books, where the forest is the teacher. Learning comes through silence, dreams, and listening to the voice of nature — the birds, the wind, and the waters.
Dieta is not a path to becoming a shaman, but an inner journey of self-discovery and energetic transformation. Guided by our elders and pajés, the sacred plants serve as allies — cleansing, opening, and teaching you through quiet presence.
Your Hawe Samati is a time of spiritual presence, deep listening and reconnection. It is a sacred commitment to walk in harmony with the forest and the spirit of life itself.

THE DIETA PROCESS
01:
YOUR Intention
Your dieta is a sacred contract between you and a specific master plant spirit. You should prepare carefully your intentions for what you would like to heal and learn. When you set your intention to do a dieta the plant spirit can appear in your meditations, dreams, songs or visions.
02:
Preparation
Preparation takes place at all levels, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Abstaining from sex, pork, red meat, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, deodorants, oils, and processed foods is essential to remove toxins from your body that block your sensitivity to subtle realms.
03:
Opening
Your dieta is opened during an Ayahuasca ceremony, where Pajes will use sacred prayers to call the plant spirit to join and merge with your consciousness. You then begin ingesting the plant medicine to open the path for deeper communication.
04:
During THE DIETA
You will regularly ingest your plant with a brew prepared by the Paje every day. Your dieta requires strict isolation and silence, so you can feel the spirit of the plant teacher. You will be given simple food and guided by the Paje throughout.
05:
Closing THE DIETA
Your dieta will be closed with prayers that evoke strength and protection for your sacred path. These prayers come directly from the Noke Koî lineage.
06:
Integration
After your dieta you learn how to maintain your connection with the plant. You will be encouraged to make changes to your mindset, your lifestyle and your relationships to ensure that the plant can continue to work with you.
