KAMBO DIETA
The Noke Koi are known as the masters of Kambô, and part of this diet is to experience their unique way of working with the medicine, often in larger quantities than in Western contexts. The entire process is guided by Paje Kaku, a recognized master of this medicine who has received the most powerful initiations (over 180 points in one session).
HOW THE KAMBO DIETA WORKS
Kambo clears mental fog, enhances focus, and releases deep-seated emotions, dissolving fear, sadness, and negative patterns to bring clarity and peace. It detoxifies the body, strengthens immunity, and boosts vitality, promoting swift recovery and resilience. Spiritually, Kambo awakens profound self-awareness and restores harmony with nature and ancestral wisdom.
Your 2 week immersive dieta will be supported by the whole village. You will receive sacred plant baths for purification and harmonization of your body and spirit, opportunities to collect Kambo directly from the forest when seasonal conditions allow, and immersive teachings about the rich history and ancestral knowledge of how the Noke Koî people have practiced these healing arts for generations.
Through isolation and deep introspection, you'll connect with nature's wisdom while observing your personal transformation journey.
You will also be warmly invited to join our family's traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, held on Wednesdays and Saturdays within our village community.
KAMBO DIETA PROCESS
01: Intention
Define your purpose for the Kambô dieta by reflecting on what you wish to heal and the root causes of your blockages. Upon arrival, you'll settle into our village and join an opening circle for introductions, dieta rules, and setting your personal healing intentions.
02: Preparation
Avoid salt, sugar, alcohol, and heavy foods and fast for 10 hours before your first ceremony. Please drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. This restriction allows the body to purify, sharpens perception, and makes it easier to receive messages from nature and the medicine.
03: Opening
You'll receive traditional body painting with genipa and urucum as protection and a symbol of your integration into our community. You may have the opportunity to harvest your own Kambô from the frog in the Jungle.
04: During
You'll experience physical purging and energetic cleansing to remove blockages called "panema" while receiving teachings about Kambô's sacred history and how we Noke Koî have used it for generations, complemented by quiet moments of introspection and deep connection with nature.
05: Community
Our community actively supports your healing process, providing personalized care that adapts to your individual needs through both one-on-one guidance and collective support. After each session, you'll have dedicated time for rest, reflection, and therapeutic plant baths to enhance the cleansing process, followed by personal check-ins to help you integrate and understand your experience.
06: Integration
Your dieta concludes with sacred prayers and chants to ground your energy and deepen your connection with the Kambô spirit. We gather for a final integration circle to reflect on your transformative journey, share insights, and prepare for your return to daily life, followed by our closing ceremony in the sacred Kupixawa.

SAFETY & CONTRAINDICATIONS
This dieta is not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions such as arrhythmia, heart valve disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, or coronary heart disease. It should also be avoided by those with a history of esophageal tearing, bleeding, or risk of rupture; anyone who has experienced a stroke, brain hemorrhage, aneurysm, or blood clot; or those recovering from major surgery with internal stitches. People who have significant difficulty with cardiovascular exercise, take medication for low blood pressure, or live with serious mental health disorders (excluding depression and anxiety) should not participate. The dieta is also contraindicated for those taking psychiatric medications, actively using drugs or alcohol without proper preparation, undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or who have completed chemotherapy within the last six weeks. Likewise, it is not recommended for individuals taking immunosuppressant medications, or those with Addison’s disease, epilepsy, or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. People with eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia, women who are pregnant, may be pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, as well as anyone who has used Bufo Alvarius within the past eight weeks, should also refrain from participating.
