The Rapé Dieta begins with a clear intention — to connect with the spirit of tobacco, the master plant that teaches grounding, clarity, and respect. Each participant is invited to open their heart, listen deeply, and align with the wisdom of the forest.

Before the dieta, participants follow a simple, salt-free and sugar-free diet to purify the body and sharpen awareness. This preparation creates the inner space needed to receive the teachings of the medicine.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed into the Noke Koî village and introduced to the rhythm of the dieta. In the opening circle, intentions are shared, and the body is painted with genipa or urucum — a sacred act of protection and alignment with the spirit of Rapé.

Throughout the 15 days, Rapé is applied under the guidance of Chief Pina Varinawa. Participants learn to prepare the medicine, understand its history, and explore its spiritual meaning. Time is dedicated to silence, journaling, plant baths, and integration circles — allowing the spirit of tobacco to guide each step.

The dieta is supported by the Noke Koî community, who accompany each participant with care and presence. Their teachings, songs, and daily guidance help anchor the process in connection, respect, and shared learning.

In the final days, participants receive the last applications of Rapé and gather in a closing circle to share insights and gratitude. The journey ends with a ceremony in the Kupixawa — honoring the forest, the medicine, and the transformation that has taken place.
