ABOUT us
Founded in 2020 by our Chief Pina Varinawa and feminine leader, Memy Kamanawa, Vari Teka is a traditional Noke Koî village in the heart of Acre, Brazil. It was born from a need to keep our culture, medicine, language, and sacred connection to the forest alive.
Vari Teka is a place where our children grow up free, where songs, rituals, and ancestral wisdom are part of everyday life, and where we warmly receive our spiritual family from around the world.
More than just a village, it’s a living vision—a promise to care for life, the forest, and the generations to come.

OUR MISSION
"Our mission is to weave a living sanctuary of ancestral wisdom—a place where the spirits of the plants, the people, and the Earth meet in reverence. Through respect, reciprocity, and shared learning, we unite Indigenous and modern worlds, safeguarding the sacred and guiding humanity toward harmony with all life."

SUPPORT our mission
The village of Vari Teka exists thanks to the strength of the Noke Koî tribe, our partners and the generosity of those who believe in the preservation of ancestral wisdom. Your support nourishes the roots of a living indigenous culture, protects the forest and sustains families. This helps us keep sacred knowledge alive for future generations.

From the Forest to the World
Through concerts, conferences, and gatherings across Brazil, Europe, and beyond, the Noke Koî leaders carry the living message of the forest — a message of healing, unity, and respect for all forms of life.
Each event becomes a meeting point between cultures, where ancient songs, stories, and prayers awaken remembrance and connection.
In these shared spaces, hearts open, bridges form, and we are invited to listen deeply — to the wisdom of the ancestors, the rhythm of the Earth, and the breath that unites us all.

"To meet the Noke Koi is not something that can truly be told; it must be lived. It is an experience that soothes the soul and fills the heart."
