Bridging Worlds, Weaving Together
Contribute to the development of our village, integrate your spiritual insights and learnings in real community, immersed in nature on projects that make a deep impact. Our program is rooted in intercultural learning, hands-on skill development, and meaningful social impact. You will live alongside the Noke Koi in the traditional way, as part of the family and community. This is a life changing opportunity to actually contribute to our projects that strengthen both cultural heritage and collective well-being.
OUR WORK EXCHANGE AREAS INCLUDE

Agriculture & Permaculture
You will take part in permaculture and sustainable farming projects, learning hands-on practices that honor the earth while supporting the community’s self-sufficiency. Alongside this, you’ll help preserve and apply traditional farming techniques passed down through generations, blending ancestral knowledge with modern sustainability.

Construction and Maintenance
You will contribute to eco-friendly construction projects, helping to build and restore structures that respect both the environment and local traditions. Your work may also include maintaining trails, pathways, and irrigation systems, ensuring the community remains connected, accessible, and sustainable.

Admin and Digital Support
You can support the community through digital and communication projects such as managing social media, updating the website, or creating engaging content. There are also opportunities to assist with fundraising and grant writing initiatives, helping to secure resources that sustain and grow the community’s projects.

How It Works
Following your retreat or dieta, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Work Exchange Program for 1, 2, or 3 weeks. This is a unique chance to integrate your plant medicine journey through community living and hands-on contribution to the land. Your accommodation and meals are provided, and in return you’ll support us in meaningful community projects that sustain both the village and the earth.
